What is the Walk-a-Thon?

The Walk-a-Thon is a fundraising event for St. John the Evangelist Catholic School that promotes healthy and active lifestyles, as well as family togetherness and Christian fellowship. Students, teachers, and families gather for an afternoon at a local park. They pray together, enjoy lunch, and then walk (or run) 3 miles. There are water stations and Christian encouragement along the way.

How Can I Help?

This year's Walk-a-Thon funds will provide for school revitalization projects. Whether you choose to donate $25 or $500 or more, you will be making a positive impact on the lives of our students and faculty. If you would like to sponsor a student or family, or just make a donation, please click the button below and select "2017 Walk-a-thon." When you donate, please type in the "note" section which family you are sponsoring and a prayer intention, if any.

FAITH INTO THE FUTURE

Congratulations to Marissa, our 2017 Walk-a-thon theme and design contest winner! The various designs were voted on by Preschool families. Marissa's design is called, "Faith Into the Future."
